Nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả kiến thức của cha mẹ về môi trường ngủ an toàn tại nhà cho trẻ dưới 1 tuổi và phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên cha mẹ của trẻ dưới 1 tuổi tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Anh Hà Nội từ tháng 10/2025 đến tháng 6/2026 (thời gian thu thập số liệu từ tháng 12/2025 đến tháng 6/2026) . Kiến thức của cha mẹ trẻ được đánh giá bằng bộ câu hỏi tự thiết kế dựa trên khuyến cáo của Viện Hàn lâm Nhi khoa Hoa Kỳ (AAP) và các tài liệu liên quan. Cha mẹ được xác định có kiến thức đạt khi đạt từ 80% tổng điểm trở lên. Tỷ lệ cha mẹ có kiến thức đạt về môi trường ngủ an toàn cho trẻ là 24,7%. Các yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức của cha mẹ bao gồm nghề nghiệp của cha mẹ, thứ tự con trong gia đình, việc được nhân viên y tế tư vấn(p<0,05). Tỉ lệ cha mẹ trẻ có kiến thức đạt về môi trường ngủ an toàn tại nhà cho trẻ ở mức thấp (24,7%). KQNC cho thấy kiến thức của cha mẹ có liên quan đến việc được NVYT tư vấn và các hình thức truyền thông. Cần có các nghiên cứu trước–sau hoặc nghiên cứu can thiệp để đánh giá hiệu quả của các biện pháp này.
