Mục tiêu: Xác đinh tỷ lệ, căn nguyên vi khuẩn của viêm phổi thở máy (VPTM) tại khoa Hồi
sức tích cực chống độc Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả 173 bệnh nhân thở máy ≥ 48 giờ tại khoa Hồi
sức tích cực chống độc từ 8/2020 - 7/2022.
Kết quả: 47 bệnh nhân mắc VPTM với 51 đợt VPTM. Tỷ lệ mắc VPTM là 27,1% và tỷ suất
mắc là 30,9/1000 ngày thở máy. Tác nhân vi khuẩn gây VAP hay gặp nhất là Acinetobacter
baumannii chiếm 29,7%, tiếp theo là Klebsiella pneumoniae và Pseudomonas aeruginosa chiếm
lần lượt là 22,2% và 18,5%. Nhóm bệnh nhân mắc VPTM có thời gian thở máy, nằm hồi sức và
nằm viện lâu hơn nhóm bệnh nhân không mắc VPTM.
Kết luận: Tỷ lệ mắc VPTM còn khá cao, cần giám sát chặt chẽ các qui trình kiểm soát nhiễm
khuẩn.
