Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả và độ an toàn của phẫu thuật tạo hình mi mắt dưới kết hợp tái phân bố mỡ trong điều trị rãnh lệ.


Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu trên 114 bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật tạo hình mi mắt dưới kết hợp tái phân bố mỡ để điều trị rãnh lệ từ 04.7.2016 đến 09.12.2024. Hồ sơ bệnh án, hình ảnh trước sau mổ (6 và 12 tháng), các biến chứng, kết quả thẩm mỹ và mức độ hài lòng của bệnh nhân được phân tích.


Kết quả: Tuổi bệnh nhân trung bình 49,37 ± 9,51 tuổi. Nữ chiếm 77,19%. Tỉ lệ bệnh nhân hài lòng và rất hài lòng đạt 85,96% tại cả 2 thời điểm 6 tháng và 12 tháng. Kết quả thẩm mỹ ở mức tốt và rất tốt ở thời điểm 6 tháng là 85,96% và 12 tháng là 88,6%). Có 5 trường hợp có phù kết mạch sau mổ (4,39%), hồi phục hoàn toàn sau điều trị bảo tồn. Không nghi nhận biến chứng nặng hoặc cần phẫu thuật lại.


Kết luận: Phẫu thuật tạo hình mí mắt dưới kết hợp tái phân bố mỡ là một phương pháp an toàn, hiệu quả trong điều trị rãnh lệ, làm trẻ hoá vùng mí mắt dưới, với tỉ lệ biến chứng thấp.
