Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá sự cải thiện khả năng nuốt theo thang điểm GUSS và các yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh Parkinson sau can thiệp phục hồi chức năng.

Đối tượng: 35 người bệnh Parkinson được điều trị tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa Trung ương từ tháng 9/2024 đến tháng 9/2025.

Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu can thiệp không đối chứng; người bệnh được lượng giá khả năng nuốt theo thang điểm GUSS trước và sau chương trình phục hồi chức năng rối loạn nuốt. Can thiệp gồm các bài tập chức năng miệng-họng, kỹ thuật nuốt an toàn và tư thế ăn uống, được hướng dẫn và giám sát bởi bác sĩ và kỹ thuật viên phục hồi chức năng.

Kết quả: Điểm GUSS trung bình tăng từ 12,97 ± 3,95 lên 14,31 ± 3,93, mức cải thiện trung bình 1,34 điểm (p < 0,001). Không ghi nhận sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các nhóm tuổi, giới, mức độ bệnh và thời gian mắc bệnh.

Kết luận: Sau 3 tuần can thiệp phục hồi chức năng giúp cải thiện rõ rệt khả năng nuốt và an toàn ăn uống ở người bệnh Parkinson, cho thấy hiệu quả lâm sàng và tính ứng dụng cao.
