Tóm tắt

Bài viết sử dụng số liệu điều tra khảo sát từ thực tế ở bảy tỉnh thành trong cả nước vừa qua để đánh giá liệu các yếu tố trên như nội dung kiểm soát ATTP, khó khăn hay nhận thức của người dân có ảnh hưởng đến mức độ ATTP. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nội dung liên quan đến kiểm soát ATTP ở nước ta có mối quan hệ thuận chiều với mức độ ATTP. Tuy vậy, những khó khăn khi người dân khi lựa chọn thực phẩm không có thấy tác động thuận chiều hay ngược chiều với mức độ ATTP. Khuyến nghị từ bài viết là các nhà quản lí tăng cường cung cấp thông tin, kiến thức về thực phẩm cho người dân thì sẽ làm cho thực phẩm được an toàn hơn.
