26. THỰC TRẠNG NHIỄM AFLATOXIN B1 TRONG GẠO VÀ SẢN PHẨM TỪ GẠO Ở CẦN THƠ, NĂM 2024

Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng nhiễm Aflatoxin B1 trong trong gạo và sản phẩm từ gạo, mẫu được lấy tại các chợ dân sinh ở thành phố Cần Thơ tháng 12/2024.

Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Tổng số 130 mẫu gạo và sản phẩm từ gạo đã được phân tích để định lượng Aflatoxin B1. Phân tích độc tố nấm mốc bằng phương pháp sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao sử dụng detector huỳnh quang. Kết quả được đánh giá theo QCVN số 8-1:2011/BYT.

Kết quả: Nồng độ trung bình của Aflatoxin B1 trong gạo đã chế biến là 1,28 µg/kg; sản phẩm từ gạo đã chế biến là 1,27 µg/kg; gạo phải sơ chế trước khi sử dụng là 4,27 µg/kg. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng 78,5% mẫu nhiễm độc tố nấm mốc và có 15,4% mẫu là vượt giới hạn tối đa cho phép.

Kết luận: Có 15,4% mẫu gạo và sản phẩm từ gạo lấy tại các chợ dân sinh tại thành phố Cần Thơ năm 2024 có nồng độ Aflatoxin B1 vượt giới hạn cho phép.
