Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ rối loạn lo âu các yếu tố liên quan trên người bệnh HIV đang điều trị tại bệnh viện Thành phố Thủ Đức.

Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện trên 369 người bệnh HIV đang điều trị tại bệnh viện Thành phố Thủ Đức từ tháng 3 đến tháng 5 năm 2024. Sử dụng kỹ thuật chọn mẫu thuận tiện với bộ câu hỏi soạn sẵn gồm thang đo rối loạn lo âu (GAD-7). Sử dụng phép kiểm chi bình phương (hoặc kiểm định chính xác Fisher) và chỉ số PR để xác định mối liên quan.

Kết quả: Tỷ lệ rối loạn lo âu trên người bệnh HIV là 29,3%. Các yếu tố có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê với tình trạng rối loạn lo âu là thời gian phát hiện bệnh, tình trạng kinh tế, tác dụng phụ.

Kết luận: Sức khỏe tâm thần trên người bệnh HIV đang điều trị cần sự quan tâm hơn ở các nhóm có thời gian phát hiện bệnh ngắn, tình trạng kinh tế khó khăn và có tác dụng phụ của thuốc.
