44. KẾT QUẢ CHĂM SÓC DINH DƯỠNG NGƯỜI BỆNH GHÉP PHỔI: BÁO CÁO CA LÂM SÀNG TẠI BỆNH VIỆN PHỔI TRUNG ƯƠNG NĂM 2024

Ghép phổi là phương pháp điều trị hiệu quả cho người mắc các bệnh phổi hiếm gặp hoặc bệnh phổi giai đoạn cuối. Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) là một bệnh nguyên phát của nhu mô phổi do sự phát triển bất thường của các tế bào cơ trơn trong mạch máu phổi, bạch huyết và phế nang dẫn đến hình thành nhiều kén khí hai phổi dẫn đến các triệu chứng hô hấp như khó thở, đau tức ngực và ho. Người bệnh LAM thường có tiên lượng xấu, chưa có thuốc điều trị đặc hiệu và chỉ được điều trị hỗ trợ giảm nhẹ triệu chứng, nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống. Chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp người bệnh nữ, 21 tuổi, sau ghép phổi với tiền sử chẩn đoán LAM năm 2021, đã cắt bán phần thận trái năm 2016. Người bệnh được chăm sóc và điều trị tích cực tại khu vực vô khuẩn. Sau 7 tuần, sức khỏe người bệnh đã cải thiện, tình trạng dinh dưỡng tốt, vận động bình thường, được cho ra viện điều trị ngoại trú và dẫn hòa nhập lại với cuộc sống thường ngày
