Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá thực trạng kiến thức, thực hành quản lý chất thải rắn y tế của cán bộ y tế tại Trung tâm Y tế Hải Dương năm 2025.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích.
Kết quả: Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ có kiến thức chung đạt về quản lý chất thải rắn y tế chiếm 76,0%. Trong đó, kiến thức về phân loại chất thải rắn y tế chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (91,3%), thấp nhất là kiến thức về thu gom 58,0%; Thực hành chung đạt về quản lý chất thải rắn y tế chiếm 90,7%. Kết quả phân tích đa biến cho thấy: yếu tố chức danh chuyên môn và tham gia tập huấn có mối liên quan đến kiến thức đạt (với ý nghĩa thống kê p<0,05); yếu tố Khối công tác hành chính và Kiến thức chung đạt có liên quan đến Thực hành đạt về quản lý chất thải rắn y tế (với p<0,05).
Kết luận: Tỷ lệ đối tượng có kiến thức đạt về quản lý chất thải rắn y tế là 76,0% và thực hành đạt là 90,7%; Các yếu tố liên quan đến Kiến thức gồm 02 yếu tố Chức danh chuyên môn và Tham gia tập huấn; và 02 yếu tố Khối hành chính và Kiến thức có mối liên quan với thực hành chung đạt, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê với p<0,05.
